The sauna is equipped with two types of radiators.
Each heating element (except for the floor heater) includes two types of heaters: red light and magnesium.
You can select which radiator to activate using the button on the bottom of the heating element.

Our skin receptors naturally respond to the therapeutic effects of infrared, which are defined in three types – IR-A, IR-B and IR-C – some promote sweating and others release their heat deeper into the muscles and joints.
When the target temperature is set to a lower value, the infrared heaters will switch off as soon as the air temperature reaches the desired level. Ceramics emit over the entire infrared spectrum, but with a majority of IR-A and B waves.
As short waves, they act at the very heart of the musculoskeletal system, providing deep relief for the whole body for intense relaxation sessions.
The heat in an infrared sauna is lower than that of a steam sauna; it is between 45°C and 60°C.
